The staff of Observatório Universitário is composed of educators, sociologists, political scientists, economists, statisticians and administrators, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach, from setting the research project, through information analysis and interpretation of data, until the publication and dissemination of results.

The Observatory has also consultants and researchers associated with public knowledge in their respective areas, and student interns and fellows engaged in research on higher education.
